MIT licensed

Open source. Run the whole thing yourself.

The app and the backend are yours to clone, run, and own. No license check, no feature gate, no phoning home. Keep every pin on your servers — or let us handle the infrastructure for $5 a seat.

What you self-host.

The Next.js dashboard

The full dev-side app — projects, the pin board, open/done, the create-project wizard. Host it on Vercel, a container, anywhere.

The Convex backend

Schema, pin ingest, realtime queries, and auth. Point it at your own Convex deployment and every pin lives on your infra.

The widget

The dependency-free w.js overlay your clients load. Build it, serve it from your own domain, done.

Running in four commands.

No build step on your client's side, no repo access, no CI. The widget runs in the browser; everything else runs on your machine.

1 Clone it
$ git clone github.com/andressyn/nitlist

The monorepo: dashboard, Convex backend, and widget.

2 Install
$ pnpm install

One workspace install covers every package.

3 Spin up your backend
$ cd apps/app && npx convex dev

Creates your own Convex deployment and writes the env. Then flip on Better Auth per the convex README.

4 Run it
$ pnpm dev

Dashboard on :3000, lander on :4321. Deploy the dashboard wherever you like — it's yours.

Same app, your choice of who runs it.
